SET LIMITS


Setting limits means feeling your own needs and standing up for them.
In order to perceive your own needs, it is important to learn to feel your own body more and more. The next step is to express them, which is best practiced first in a safe environment.
If you stand up for ourselves, show boundaries and say no, it is likely that not everyone will like it and some people will even turn away (maybe just at the beginning). It is important to learn to deal with this and to work through the issues that this situation triggers.
