FOCUS ON THE BODY
The body plays a major role in the coaching process because speaking alone is just not enough to solve issues in depth.
Through various exercises that we do together, we give space to what is currently there: e.g. fear, which has a paralyzing effect.
The psyche often chooses a form of expression, e.g. fear. But behind the fear there are usually many other emotions that want to be looked at in the whole process, e.g.
• Anger, which has an enormously important power that makes us better able to defend our boundaries and say yes to ourselves.
• Guilt and the still deep-seated shame.
By anchoring the emotions in the body (e.g. many people feel a pain in the chest when they are afraid or angry), you will learn over time to feel your body more and more and to regulate your emotions better, which will lead to many changes: the fear becomes less and dissolves because it had been allowed to be felt, the thoughts calm down, there is more peace inside. The outside becomes less threatening and life feels lighter and more authentic.
Depending on the topic you bring in the coaching, we will look at which exercises you currently need and which will help you to bring your nervous system more into regulation and thus into the natural vibration between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. We make the exercises together during the sessions. You will also receive various exercises as homework between sessions to anchor the changes more and more in your nervous system.
