When you want to feel more ease in your life


• How present are you in your everyday life?
• How absorbed are you in your thoughts?
• How present are you in the here and now?
• Do you create resistance to your feelings or do you accept them lovingly and feel them?
• How much do you allow yourself?
• How much trust do you have in life?
• To what extent do you feel gratitude?
• How much do you forgive yourself and accept yourself as you are?
• How satisfied are you with your relationships?
• Are you living the life you want?

You have a right to an easy life. And by that I don´t mean that there are always only nice moments and glitter. Because that´s neither realistic nor good.
I mean an awake, present, curious, magical life in the here and now, with acceptance of what is and easy surfing of all the waves that are in life.

Toddlers can still do this: within minutes they switch between different emotions with a normality and ease that is astonishing: they cry, they laugh, they romp, they are angry, they are happy when they see a flower.
Unfortunately, over the years we unlearn this more and more: life always feels heavy and our soul hurts.
But it´s never too late to regain this lightness and it´s worth embarking on this journey: the more embodied you are, the lighter your life will feel: Step by step, it is important to cultivate the delicate little plant of lightness and let it take a firm place in your everyday life.
